Caryn truly has changed my life in many unexpected ways!  I originally went for treatment for sinusitis, which I had suffered from for 5 years.  During my assessment, I realised that I had many unresolved anxiety and confidence problems that I needed help with too.  I had no idea that the sinusitis and the anxiety were linked until I met Caryn.  I also hadn’t realised how much my emotional problems were holding me back in life.  It was as though a light bulb had come on and I suddenly began to understand myself and my problems in a whole new light.  My sinusitis was completely cured after only one session.  However, the most amazing experience was that after each treatment, I felt as though I was getting rid of all my negative emotions, becoming more confident and liking myself more.  I felt like I had been given a spring clean of body and mind!  Up until I met Caryn, I had been searching for my “dream career” for 5 years and was becoming depressed about being trapped in a job that wasn’t right for me.  I am now about to start a new career and feel truly positive about the future.  I have recommended Caryn to all my friends.  Her acupuncture treatment is the best present you can give yourself.
