I would like to say that Caryn has helped me enormously – I arrived for my first session very anxious, sad, grieving and confused following my sister’s death in the proceeding months.  I left after that first session with a huge sense of release, an amazing feeling of complete relaxation – like a huge weight had been taken off my shoulders.  In the space of one month I have come a very long way with Caryn’s help – she has helped me to feel alive again and better able to deal with life’s problems.
