Poor sleep can impact concentration, energy levels, and mood. Some people have an active mind that keeps them awake at night. Others may have work stress or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to lighter sleep, waking intermittently or early in the morning.
The goal of treatment is to balance the body and in turn, calm the mind.
