With a busy lifestyle, eating healthily is not always easy. Some people eat for emotional reasons, others are just time poor and make unhealthy choices. Stress or poor dietary habits can weaken the digestion causing bloating, constipation or IBS. When food isn’t digesting properly you’re more likely to feel tired and have poor concentration.

I have a special interest in this area and have completed extensive training in diet, nutrition and health-related issues. Your diet and lifestyle will be discussed at your initial consultation and if appropriate, recommendations may be given to speed up your recovery.
