We don’t always eat as well as we should. Some of us may have issues with certain foods that we struggle to isolate. For others, we appear to simply have a weak digestive tract. Some foods create bloating, constipation and irritable bowel in certain people. A weak digestive system will make us feel sluggish, particularly after eating and can even effect our ability to concentrate.

I have a wide range of experience in this area having completed post-graduate training around food, nutrition and health issues. Your initial consultation will look at both your diet and what may be contributing to your presenting symptoms. Treatment will involve resolving the cause of the problem and stimulating your body to work as it should.
